<description>This is really fascinating and helpful Sarah. I feel from reading this that I swing in both categories which is interesting. I keep an eye on my expenses and where the money goes for each project and I re-invest in the business. I do spend on research and marketing and I have been paying a decent amount into a pension for 8 years (my dad told me to!) I am not convinced about having a pension though as I don&#039;t reckon Ill get much from it when it matures! I am very cynical about the financial world working for me.

I was joking about the glass artists being analysed! This is much more helpful for me thanks!

I am pretty convinced I have a little bit of a &#039;business&#039; head thanks to my Dad - he ran his own graphic design company!

I love your comment on innovation and staying at the forefront when others start doing what you do - I think a great person who manages to do this really well is Sharon Elphick - she is my business role model!

Thanks Sarah!
